Dr. Kaushik
Patel
These physicians, who are specialists in internal medicine and
geriatric medicine, visit regularly and are available by phone
contact 24 hours a day.
Residents of Oakleaf are encouraged to use
one of these physicians, not only for their convenience, but also
for their standard of care. However, all residents
have the option of retaining their own personal physicians.
Psychiatry, podiatry, ophthalmic, dental, prescription, X-Ray
and laboratory services are also available.
